Company Registration
🏢नेपालमा व्यवसाय सञ्चालन गर्न आवश्यक पर्ने विभिन्न दर्तामध्ये Company Registration, Gharelu Registration र Banijya Registration प्रमुख हुन्। Company Registration (कम्पनी दर्ता) ले व्यवसायलाई कम्पनी रजिस्ट्रारको कार्यालयमा कानुनी रूपमा कम्पनीका रूपमा दर्ता गर्न मद्दत गर्छ। 🏠 Gharelu Registration (घरेलु तथा साना उद्योग दर्ता) घरेलु, साना तथा उत्पादनमूलक उद्योगहरूलाई सम्बन्धित सरकारी निकायमा दर्ता गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो। 🏛️ त्यस्तै, Banijya Registration (वाणिज्य दर्ता) व्यापार तथा वाणिज्यसम्बन्धी व्यवसायलाई कानुनी रूपमा सञ्चालन गर्न आवश्यक दर्ता प्रक्रिया हो। व्यवसायको प्रकृति र संरचनाअनुसार उपयुक्त दर्ता छनोट गरी आवश्यक कागजात तथा सरकारी प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्नुपर्छ।
PAN & VAT Registration
PAN/VAT Registration भनेको व्यवसायलाई कर प्रयोजनका लागि आन्तरिक राजस्व विभाग (IRD) मा दर्ता गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो। PAN (Permanent Account Number) व्यवसाय वा व्यक्तिको कर पहिचान नम्बर हो, जुन करसम्बन्धी काम, बिल/बीजक तथा आय विवरणका लागि प्रयोग हुन्छ। VAT (Value Added Tax) भनेको वस्तु तथा सेवामा लाग्ने मूल्य अभिवृद्धि कर हो, र VAT लाग्ने कारोबार गर्ने व्यवसायले आवश्यकताअनुसार VAT मा दर्ता हुनुपर्छ।
Exim Code
EXIM = Export–Import Code. It is a government registration/identification number required for businesses that import or export goods from Nepal. It is issued by the Department of Customs, Ministry of Finance.
Sharelagat Share Buy-Sell Process
Share Lagat: कम्पनीका शेयरधनी तथा उनीहरूको शेयर संख्या, स्वामित्व र शेयरसम्बन्धी विवरण व्यवस्थित रूपमा दर्ता तथा अद्यावधिक गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो। Share Increment: कम्पनीमा रहेको शेयर पूँजी वा शेयर संख्या वृद्धि गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो। यसमा नयाँ शेयर जारी गर्ने वा विद्यमान शेयर संरचनामा वृद्धि गर्ने कार्य समावेश हुन सक्छ। Share Transfer: एक शेयरधनीबाट अर्को व्यक्ति वा संस्थाको नाममा शेयरको स्वामित्व हस्तान्तरण गर्ने प्रक्रिया हो। यसका लागि आवश्यक कागजात तथा कम्पनीको कानुनी प्रक्रिया पूरा गर्नुपर्छ।
